Returns & Warranty Policy

Please note that all our products are covered by a minimum full 12 month Return to Base warranty. Some items will carry extended or home service warranty cover. If this is the case, details will be advised on the individual product pages.

Under the RTB warranty, should for example any component recieve transit damaged, or the product develop a fault within the warranty period; we will aim to assist with advice and replacements parts as appropriate. Parts supplied under warranty are free of charge, including postage. Outside the warranty parts are charged at cost plus postage and packing.

Only as a last resort would we require you to return an item for inspection. This situation is extremely rare. At the discretion of Orbus Leisure, collection and return may be arranged at our cost.

 

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS (DSRs)

If you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract any time up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and collection arrangements made, promptly at your cost. If we collect the item from you, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £60 in some cases). You will be notified of the charge at the time of cancellation.

Return items must be boxed in order to be transported through a standard courier system. Unboxed items can be collected on dedicated services, but large additional charges would apply.
