Shipping Costs Explained
All our ‘Standard
Express Shipping’ charges are displayed and can be found on
the individual product detail pages. Please note some areas do
carry a delivery premium in addition to the stated shipping
charges.

specific delivery quotation, including any additional shipping
charges, prior to purchase.
Delivery to mainland Europe can also be arranged at competative rates. Please ask for a quotation.
Standard
Express Shipping
Insurance
Our ‘Standard
Express’ delivery includes full shipping
insurance.
On the very rare occasion that
goods receive damage in transit, please ensure the delivery
note is marked accordingly to reflect this at the time of the
delivery. This is a requirement of the delivery
insurance.
Timescales
and Service
For most of our products, unless otherwise stated
on the specific 'product details' page, your order will be
despatched on the next working day after cleared payment is
received. This is then via an overnight delivery service on a
Monday to Friday basis. Unfortunately we cannot specify a
time for the delivery unless by prior
arrangement.
Order Tracking
Upon completion of your order you
will be given full web based tracking details to enable you to
view the shipping progress of your order.
All our
products are delivered by our world class freight
partner.
Additional Shipping
Services - Timed or Saturday deliveries
Please note, Saturday or ‘time specified’
deliveries can be arranged, but do carry a delivery surcharge
on most occasions.

to purchase if you require any ‘Additional Shipping Services’.
Returns Policy:
You do retain the right to cancel an order and return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt of the order. The goods should be returned in their original packaging. Payment will then be refunded within a further 7 days of receipt of the return to our warehouse. All delivery and return costs remain the responsibilty of the buyer. Please note, all our products are covered by a full 12 month Return to Base warranty.
