Q. What is your Lowest Price Guarantee?

Because we work in partnership, directly with the manufacturing factories, we are able to offer the lowest possible prices to you. In the unlikely event that you ever find an identical product elsewhere on the Internet at a lower price (total price, inc delivery) we GUARANTEE to beat it. Just call us on 0845 300 8028 and we will be happy to help. And don't forge;  many of our items are delivered FREE OF CHARGE to mainland UK addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland where a small delivery fee will be required).


Q. How long do I need to wait for delivery?

Your will be notified of a delivery date via email. We will usually despatch your order on the next working day after your order, then delivery will be the following day after this. There are exceptions so please check our individual product pages for specific information.

Q. Where does your standard delivery service cover?

Our standard delivery covers Mainland UK' postcodes only, but excludes Highland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands. There are also additional charges for Southern Ireland and Europe. See the delivery section for an area breakdown. Also, delivery costs are displayed when a product is placed in the shopping basket. See 'Your Basket' pages.

Q. What happens if you are out of stock?

On the rare occasion that we are out of stock we will notify you of the anticipated delivery date by email. You will of course have the option to cancel your order, without question.

Q. I have seen the same or equivalent item cheaper somewhere else. What can I do?
